Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product(s). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items were somehow damaged during the delivery process or defective due to a manufacturing error. This is due to each product being made to order for you. Customers must notify our support team within seven (7) days of product delivery along with photographic proof of damage or defect in order to process a return.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

In case there is a problem with an order and/or to the received products, customers must notify our support team within seven (7) days of product delivery along with photographic proof of damage or defect in order to obtain a refund or replacement product(s). To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be new and unused in the same condition that you received it: within the original packaging, containing all original tags and labels attached.

Once proof of damage or defect is received and inspected, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and mail your product(s) to the following address:

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT PRODUCT(S)

After receiving your product(s) by mail and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or replacement(s).

Please allow at least thirty (30) days from receipt of item(s) to process your refund or replacement(s). We will notify you by email when your refund or replacement has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, replaced, refunded or exchanged:

  • Items that were not damaged during the delivery process or defective due to a manufacturing error
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Items where the customer input incorrect shipping details
  • Items where the customer ordered the wrong selection, size, or color

Please note:

  • Sale and promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, replaced, refunded or exchanged
  • Refunds and replacements are only applicable if an item is somehow damaged during the delivery process or defective due to a manufacturing error
